The latest issue of the Torts Law Journal, 17(1), is now available on-line for those of you who have access to the LexisNexis Australian website. It will later be available on the ordinary Lexis database (probably much later - I see that 16(2) and 16(3) don't seem to be there yet). For others, printed copies are presumably on the way.
